Missing LaLiga swap token

Hello!

I just realized that after the completion of the LaLiga swap token objective (Fatier, 64) the player is not available in my club.  I claimed it through the web app.

Any ideas? I don't know what's going on because the issue persists after 24h. Already restarted the game and the web app. According to my personal experience (12 years playing FIFA/FC series) the reward should be always delivered immediately.
