Missing player

Hello EA Support,

I opened a pack in EA SPORTS FC and I clearly saw a TOTS Anthony Semenyo appear in the pack. However, I did not send him to my club immediately.

After opening another pack, the player disappeared completely. I have checked everything in my account:

Club

Unassigned Items

Transfer List

Quick Sell Recovery

But the player is not found anywhere.
