Missing Rewards

As mentioned in my earlier post, I have played an incredibly long time to get the rewards from winners circle 2 and the week two objective. 

I have only been granted one reward however it is the incorrect one unfortunately. I should have received the 1 of 3 trophy titans 2 pick AND the 90+ 1 of 2 pick from the whole team.

I have spoke to live chat and they recommended I make another post entirely to address this issue, thank you for your time.
