Mr. Un-Droppable Evolution not coming through/working

I purchased the 96 OVR Mr. Un-Droppable Evolution slot from the Token Store. The 200 FUTTIES Tokens were deducted from my balance, but the Evolution slot never appeared in my "Available Evolutions" list. I have already checked the Web App, Companion App, restarted the game, and verified local game files.

    Having same problem but my evolution showed up put on my 96 RB from Morocco El Ouadhi and now I can’t start my evolution to finish making him a 98…my username is I3T3RNVLB3VN
