Mr. Undroppable bought but not showing

I have bought the Mr. Undroppable evo for 200 tokens. it doesn't show in my rewards, evo's, or player progression, Can't seem to find it nowhere. I've completely backed out of UT, also restarted my PS5, went for an 8 hour sleep and checked again, but nothing.
