No access to the Season Pass or FC Hub since I purchased the game.

I bought the game almost a month ago, and I still don’t have access to the FC Hub or the Season Pass. It’s frustrating because I purchased the Ultimate Edition. I can’t access it from my Xbox, the app, or the computer. I’ve never had access to it.
