No fc points

Hey, I got the first two batches of 2000 FC Points for a total of 4000, but have yet to receive the last batch. I bought the Ultimate Edition on Sep 20. My FC26 doesn’t have the Zlatan cover in the PS Library anymore and it looks like it was downgraded to Standard??? This issue is unacceptable I hope you fix this soon. It seems absurd to me that a game that costs a whopping 100 euros fails to deliver its promised value to the customer.
