No whistle sound.

The only time I get to hear the whistle in Career Mode in when the game starts, from 0 minutes. Anything after that; a foul, penalty, start / end of first / second half, nothing. But if I press on pause, I hear it in the manage team section. So weird, and I've tried fixing it myself but nothing is helping. Feels really unnecessary to uninstall and install again, and risk that it's going to keep not working.
