Not receiving money for the transfer budget after selling a player.

I sold a player for 27m in career mode, later i noticed my transfer budget hasn’t increased, i checked my inbox in saw: “the deal to sell diego lainez for 27,000,000 is therefore all in place. The board has allocated 0€ to your current transfer budget.” And its not like my club is in massive debt, 40 million profit and 1.42m expenses. I am frustrated with this game.
