Opened the winter sale 800 fc point pack but didnt get ovr 112

Hallo EA and FC Mobile community, i just opened the winter sale pack it cost 800fc point but i just realize ididnt get ovr 112 player which is 100% chance i only get 111 ovr player. Thank you hopefully it can get fixed and i can get my compensation.
