Opening Bell Pack not received

Hey folks,

if you're still missing the pack, could you please provide us with a screenshot showing that you've completed the On Your Way objective?

Please also include your EA ID/PSN ID/Xbox Gamertag.

Completed the objective during early access, still no pack available. If it’s not a bug, then what is going on and why is it not there?

It is a bug i completed the obj in the first day or two of early access and its been almost 2 weeks since then and i still havent recieved the pack in store

Can we get the "not a bug" tag removed now then? Its been well in excess of 24 hours since you told us to wait 24 hours, and there's clearly a bug.

and 3rd day after they said wait 24 hours and also nothing happens! Typical EA

5th day after completing the objective. Pack is still not there.
