Opening Bell Pack not received

The Opening bell pack isn’t available for me. I’ve already completed the On Your Way Foundations objective but still unavailable 

I have the same problem, objetives completed some days ago , and i don´t have any available "pack for me! on the shop.... this is amazing.This gay, pay to win game, all the people recieve benefits, and other no, did you know who is this disadvantage?

I wanna get pack

I had finished the Objective needed to unlock the pack in store but i havent recieved the packs for you tab nor the pack....

Same issue for me. Anyone heard anything back from EA on this issue or are we just ignored?
