Are these bug reports followed up, as I can see several here left unresolved?
I paid money for the pack I received the player from, which I can no longer use due to a bug. I shouldn’t lose out on using an item I’ve spent cash on due to a bug.

Not yet. I raised a case with EA Help chat and they’ve transferred it to the FC26 team. I’ll let you know how I get on, should hear back within the next 48 hours.

I heard back from the FC 26 team, they acknowledge it’s a known bug, but given not given a timescale on when it’ll be fixed.
Not exactly encouraging 🙄

yea they told me the same thats sad tho the problem is the padge doesnt show all the cards i sold it says next on the last page but the next button doesnt do anything

I quick sold my Untradeable 92 Wayne Rooney by mistake. Doesn't show up on my quick sell recovery as well. I tried chatting with EA support, absolutely useless people. They will ask you your story, then connect you with someone else who will tell you to tell your story again. Then they'll tell you to follow the same generic steps the first representative asked you to follow, then at the end they'll say sorry we can't do **bleep** because we are useless people with no real power, we just get paid to tell people to **bleep** off

Make sure they escalate you to the FC 26 team, they’re the only ones who will be able to restore your player.
I got a mail confirming they are aware of the bug causing this and are working on it, but no timescale on how long that will take.I'm pretty frustrated as my player was from a paid pack, so I have a paid for item I cannot use due to a known bug with no idea how long it’ll take to fix.

Yeah, I’m giving up much hope of them fixing it, so I’m probably done with FC for the year, if not for good.
If you’re in the EU or UK, and the player was from a paid pack, you’re protected by consumer rights. So at the very least they’ll have to refund you for the pack, although I’d rather just get my player back so I can enjoy the game again.
