Playtime keeps resetting/not syncing

So... Where do I start, I have played this game for a long time now and after having a crazy team for a while now I wanted someting new. So I created a new account to start a TOTS RTG. I just started the account like anyone else would, do the objectives, first matches and everything, I like trading so I quickly completed the foundations stuff to get access to the market on my phone ASAP, but after 1 week it was still locked, which was weird in my opinion since it is an automated system that gives you access after a couple of active days but I still didn't, So after some thinking I came to the playtime tab in the settings menu and after playing a full Weekend league and some rivals game it said I had played 0 games and had a weekly avarage of 2, even my play time that week was on 5 minutes, pretty weird after playing around 20 games in 1 day. So every day I started paying attention to the counter, and it just keeps resetting every single time, the only mode the somehow counts is squad battles, yesterday I had 6 squad battles games counted and the minutes played also refected that, but after those games I tried testing it with 1 rivals game in div 3 and my suspicion was true. ones again after I closed the game and started it again it showed 0 matches played and only 5 minutes play time. I just came from the live chat, and even they said this is absolutely not supposed to happen and they asked me to make this post on forums while they set up an investigation, which is also a big probability for the market staying locked, since it is and automated system that makes use of your playtime stats/active days. But if that keeps resetting, then I don't even know what to do anymore. Hopefully something can be done about it.
