PRO_CLUB_AVATAR_SAVE_FAILED_ERROR

After claiming an arm sleeve reward from Clubs, a completely different blue arm sleeve became permanently equipped on my Pro. I cannot remove it, and every attempt to save my avatar fails with PRO_CLUB_AVATAR_SAVE_FAILED_ERROR. Even changing simple items like socks or boots cannot be saved. I also purchased two cosmetic skins with FC Points, and they appear as owned, but I cannot equip them because the avatar cannot be saved. This appears to be caused by the incorrect arm sleeve reward corrupting the Pro avatar.
