Pro clubs and Rush bug

You need to fix the captain's bug; it's really annoying. 

During a pro clubs game in a promotion match, 2 of our 4 team mates got kicked 1 of them was for lag, the other was when we scored or the ball went out it stop you from using your character and watch your Ai and other players in the game. this is very annoying as it’s happened around 3 times now please fix this .

I am currently playing Clubs mode in FC 26, and I’ve encountered a recurring issue. Everything starts normally, and I can control my player without any problems. However, after a goal is scored and the match resumes from kickoff, I suddenly lose control of my player. My character stops responding completely, and the game switches into a spectator-like mode where I can only watch the match instead of playing.

This issue has happened more than once, and it is preventing me from continuing the game properly. I am attaching a screenshot to show the problem.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and provide a solution as soon as possible.

Exact same issue happening to us in our 11v11 competitions regularly, hopefully this is on the radar of the development team. This bug was introduced since the last update.

Since of last month I been having a serious issue, in the middle of match, it either my controller stop once it stop the player before inactive and A.I take over this happen in both rush and live event i can pause i can do anything and everything else other than control my players EA. It cost to stay online i have to pay for internet service also it cost for me to stay active I have to buy season pass so why these issue are happening on paid time it not like it was a free download come on I need to enjoy playing the game if not let me know I won't get good and fair gameplay so I can just get my money back it too much stress and it becoming overwhelming.

We are aware of reports of FC 26 players losing control of their Avatars mid-match in Ultimate Team Rush and Clubs modes. This is currently being investigated. We'll provide an update as soon as one is available.
