purchase the Ultimate Team Season Pass

Hello EA Support Team,

I am writing to report a bug I encountered in FIFA 26 Ultimate Team that resulted in the loss of my in-game coins.

While attempting to purchase the Ultimate Team Season Pass, 500,000 coins were deducted from my account. The payment appeared to go through successfully, but the game froze on the confirmation screen. I was forced to close the game and restart it.

After reopening the game, I noticed that:

  • The Season Pass was not activated
  • The 500,000 coins were permanently removed from my account

In other words, the coins were deducted, but the purchased content was not delivered.

This appears to be a transaction or server-side issue. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and either restore the missing coins or activate the Season Pass on my account.

    Let me geuss mate they didint do a thing 

    @ EA  just because  you say it dosint make it so ... you choose who you run though if you hire me to build you a house an i then hire another contractor to help an they underperform you don't get to tell the owner of the house well it isint my fault nor my issues yada yada yada .... this is the last EA thing I ever buy i get a disconnect evey day multiple times a day an I get punished with the DNF ... well maby remover that bs DNF pen that applys not getting the points or coins when winning a match /or loseing is bad enough you guys don't ever really help with things your as mad as Microsoft.... well I plan to spend my money else where from now on
