Same issue here... also happens during challengers for me, lost 3 of 5 bc of same crash outs. 

Makes no sense, if you figure it out, or get a reply, let me know, I've been doing the same thing with posts...

Its extra annoying at the end of a match, wasted 45 mins on 3 games last night. Only 1 counted, so got two 0 scores, lost evo progress, lost objective progress, squad points and most of all my time and sanity
