Rivals bounties don’t appear

After playing over 50 games of rivals I still haven’t had 1 bounty appear for me whilst my friends get one every few games. I only have the 1 bounty in each division  per week that just gives champs points whilst the ones my friends get give coins, sp and packs..

Anyone else have the same issue?
