Rivals bounties haven't showed up for 1-2 months.

hello, in the last 1-2 months i haven't had a single rivals bounty even pop up, meaning im not even having the chance too get them. im pretty sure if you look in my history you can also see this, im a high SR elite rival player so i win alot of games, but ive let it go for quite a while but im getting annoyed now since im losing out on alot of packs for toty. i hope someone can look into my account and see why im not getting any rivals bounties popping up.
