I haven’t received an 81+ player pack, an 82+ player pack, and the 1000 XP. The last one is the most serious, and I even have it recorded: the notification pops up but I don’t actually get the points. I already opened a case and spoke with one of your advisors, but I haven’t received any kind of solution. This happened yesterday, September 22. The packs were from these past few launch days.
