Rivals Bounty not awarded!
I have done some bounties on rivals like play with a totw card or score 3 goals with one player but haven’t gotten any rewards even though i completed the objectives. I am missing out on a 81+ player...

I haven’t received an 81+ player pack, an 82+ player pack, and the 1000 XP. The last one is the most serious, and I even have it recorded: the notification pops up but I don’t actually get the points. I already opened a case and spoke with one of your advisors, but I haven’t received any kind of solution. This happened yesterday, September 22. The packs were from these past few launch days. i just had the same issue happen to me, was supposed to get a 82+ for playing with a totw but I didn’t, this just happened like 15mn ago.

That’s very easy to know EA_Lanna, because I recorded and uploaded the video to YouTube right after it happened. In other words, the Rivals match where I didn’t receive the 1000xp took place between 20:00 and 20:30 (CET).
As for the Rivals matches with the player packs, they were over the last 3–4 days.
