RTTF Qualifications issues .

Hi, I’m following up on my previous complaint as I haven’t received any update in the past 2 days.

At this point, the time window has already passed and I’ve completely missed the opportunity to play both cups due to the ongoing Live Events crashes. This issue was not on my end, as other modes were working fine, and it directly prevented me from qualifying and participating.

Because of this, I would like to request appropriate compensation for both cups that I was unable to access. It’s unfair that content is locked behind wins and games played when the game itself was unplayable due to server or technical issues.

I would appreciate a prompt response and a proper resolution to this matter.

The forum is filled with same issues please address this and give out the rewards or reset the qualifications.
