Season Pass Objectives Not Granting SP After Weekly Reset

Summary of the issue:
I purchased the Ultimate Edition and had early access. In the first week I completed the Player Career objective (Play 6 matches) and the Manager objectives (Play 3 matches and Play 5 matches). However, the Manager Live objectives did not track properly even though I completed them correctly (for example: playing 5 matches and completing the transfer target objective).

After the weekly content reset on Today (October 3, 2025), the Season Pass objectives for both Manager and Player were already marked as completed, but the XP/SP points were not applied. I restarted the game, but the objectives remain checked off without awarding progress.

This is extremely frustrating as the same issue occurred last week as well. I’ve now lost out on both last week’s and this week’s points because the objectives auto-complete at reset without awarding any SP/XP. As a result, I remain stuck at the same level in the Premium Pass rewards, missing over 4,000 SP that should have been earned across these two weeks. On top of that, if we also include the Manager Live Objectives, which have been bugged since the first week, that’s an additional ~3,200 SP missing over three weeks (including week one). This brings the total lost XP/SP to:  7200 SP

Potential repro steps:  
1. Complete Player Career objective: play 6 matches (First Time completion)
2. Complete Manager objectives: play 3 matches and play 5 matches (and complete transfer target).  
3. Wait for the weekly content reset (weekly reset occurred on September 26, 2025 & October 3, 2025). 
5. Observe that objectives are auto-marked as completed but no SP/XP is awarded.  
6. Attempt to redo objectives despite them being marked as completed – still no SP/XP granted.

    Very thorough explanation of the problem, now they've absolutely no excuse , We've all been swindled of thousands and thousands of xp , I await a response to how they plan on rectifying this disgrace , we've paid money for this junk the least you'd expect is that the simplest of things would work 

    WE WANT OUR XP OR REFUND EVERYBODY EFFECTED THEIR SEASON PASS ......ITS AN UTTER DISGRACE!!!!

    Yeah same here. I went on to live chat with them a few day's ago and they said they're team know about it and would sort it out but no time frame as to when.

    Exactly the same issue for me to. Completed them the first week of release and have not refreshed since. 2 weeks xp I've not been able to achieve.

    Listening to the customer only lasted as long as it took to count up the pre order cash now it's the usual radio silence, wheres all the mods , were are they, what do they do???......seems like a job I'd love

    same for me on pc, already lost 3000 xp , the  player and manager objectives had only worked the week of the early access, since then, they did not refresh, it is a scam
