Server bug

PLEASE EA HELP ME. I’ve logged many complaints and requests regarding a server bugged evolution that cannot be claimed or applied from my side because it has expired but the server still recognizes it as a reward, so this bugged evolution is stuck in my rewards section stopping me from opening packs that I paid money for. I’ve been speaking to EA agents for more than 2 weeks and nobody is able to help me. This bugged evolution needs to be cleared from EA side as it is a server bugged and cannot be cleared by me. I’m getting really tired and frustrated now speaking to agents who tell me the same thing. EA please fix my account this is ridiculous now.
