Silver cup games lost!!!!

I got kicked out because my opponent left before we went into the game and it says afterwards that I lost an attempt, my record is 12 wins and 11 losses which means I should have 7 games left but I only have 6 games left

Now I can’t get the silver league rewards, Please fix!!!
