Simplified skill moves - unable to turn it back to off

In settings under the dribbling section there is something called ‘simplified skill moves’ default is off however I wanted to try it so I turned it on. I am now unable to turn it back to off. ...

The setting for Simplified skill moves is grey and cant be changed anymore. I tried to reinstalling, deleting profile, restart pc, reinstall game, settings in UT or in Main menu nothing helped. Also reset every category in settings there is no way..
