Simplified skill moves - unable to turn it back to off

In settings under the dribbling section there is something called ‘simplified skill moves’ default is off however I wanted to try it so I turned it on.  I am now unable to turn it back to off. ...

I pre ordered the game and wanted to try the simplified skills and set it on. Realized it was useless and then couldn't turn it back off again and the game is unplayable with it on. No ball rolls especially make it useless. Tried all the basic trouble shooting , reinstalling , deleting profile , resetting setting to default but no luck
