Simplified skill moves - unable to turn it back to off

In settings under the dribbling section there is something called ‘simplified skill moves’ default is off however I wanted to try it so I turned it on.  I am now unable to turn it back to off. ...

This feature can't be turn off or on once I've changed into on, how can I turn this off again? Is this bug or just the setting
