Simplified skill moves - unable to turn it back to off

In settings under the dribbling section there is something called ‘simplified skill moves’ default is off however I wanted to try it so I turned it on. I am now unable to turn it back to off. ...

Found the problem. Go to visual settings and scroll down to "Skill Moves Rating". If you have this setting set to Off, it locks the "simplified skill moves" setting to whatever was last selected. With the setting set to On you can freely change the "simplified skill moves" setting and then change the "skill moves rating" setting back to Off if you wish.
