Simplified skill moves - unable to turn it back to off

In settings under the dribbling section there is something called ‘simplified skill moves’ default is off however I wanted to try it so I turned it on.  I am now unable to turn it back to off. ...

Help, my simplified skills move is locked on and impossible to change. I have tried doing it in UT and the normal menu. I have also tried switching from custom to competitive and restoring to default. Any ideas to fix it?
