Sophia Wilson SBC

I completed the Sofia Wilson SBC due to the Yamal POTM showing in the pack. At the time I didn’t realise it was a glitch. 

as you can see I completed the pack, however didn’t get the card or the jumbo gold players pack & lost all my 86 squad

please can you review and resolve. 

I have attached the image to show completion, you can also check my account to confirm I didn’t receive anything that I should have
