Star in Motion EVO missing for Club Member

Hi EA Team,  

I played FC 25 with the same EA account, so I should have Club Member status.  
However, the Star in Motion EVO doesn’t appear in my Evolutions menu.  
Please check my account — it seems the game isn’t recognizing my Club Member status.
