STILL NO REWARDS - Asia Oceania Objectives bug is ruining the game progression

Hello everyone,

It has been 2 days since the Asia/Oceania objectives launched, and the reward delivery bug is STILL not fixed.

I received an automated email from EA Support saying they "know about the issue and are working on it," but absolutely nothing has changed. 

This is completely unacceptable. Because of this tracking failure, I still haven't received my 89-rated Fantasy FC Hero Tim Cahill card or any of the other packs I rightfully earned. Even worse, this is completely blocking my game progression. 

Since these are consecutive/linked objectives, I cannot move forward or complete the subsequent tasks because the previous rewards are stuck in limbo. We are literally missing out on content and time-limited gameplay because of EA's inability to deploy a hotfix for 48 hours. 

My EA ID is FeDusT and I am on PC.

Is anyone else still completely locked out of their rewards? We need an official update from the community managers immediately. This needs to be escalated and resolved right now.

    I am also facing the same problem such as not receiving Tim cahill’s 89 rated card or Harry kewell’s 87 rated card even though I have completed the objectives. I completed these objectives the day the new Asia/oceania objective group came and completed these objectives. However I did not receive any rewards at all. Adding onto that I need these players so I can complete the remaining objectives I need to do. It has been 2 days since this and has been a big issue disrupting my progress on ea fc 26. My EA ID is tristanrhodes08 on PlayStation.

    I haven’t received my Tim Cahill either along with other rewards. Don’t have time to play the game during the week so if it’s not fixed today I probably won’t complete this section and will miss out on the Maradona card. Not acceptable. 🤬

    This is one of the biggest issues for all players, especially those who mostly play over the weekend. It is hilarious; at the very least, they could have given Tim Cahill ASAP to everyone who is suffering from this issue. It is a complete show-stopper...
