Stuck in the loading area can't show game lobby

Hello,

My main FC Mobile account is stuck on the loading screen after the EA Sports logo. I have already tried all the basic fixes (clear cache, clear data, reinstall, switch networks, VPN), but nothing works.

Interestingly, when I created a new account on the same device, it opened perfectly. This shows it’s not a device or connectivity issue — it’s an account login/sync issue.

I am ready to provide my UID privately to EA staff if needed to help investigate and unlock my account.
