Transfer requests and home sickness

On manager mode every time I get a home sick player doesn’t matter what I select they become unhappy and submit a transfer request. Then when the transfer request happens and other clubs bid for the player it’s says assistant manager is dealing with it however it always falls through and the player remains in the club unhappy until the contract runs out.

please fix this as it completely ruins the game and is very frustrating.
