UberEats Cup Bug Won 4-0 in the final and Opponent quits but i got the loss

Hi EA team,

I just played in the Uber Eats: Order Up Cup (PlayStation Tournament) on FC 26. I reached the final and was winning 4-0 at half time when my opponent turned their console off.

After that, the match stayed on Match in progress for around 30 minutes, and then I received a notification saying that I lost even though I clearly won the match. I also did not receive my 1000 FC Points reward for winning the tournament.
