Unable to claim reward or join Nike Phantom Cup due to bug

Hello, I recently completed the Rush event "Nike Phantom Cup", but one of the objectives is stuck showing 7/1, which prevents me from claiming the reward. Because of this, I can’t access the new tournament "Nike Phantom Pro Cup" — the game says I haven’t completed the required objective.

During one of the finals, our team got kicked and the win didn’t count, which caused the progress to bug out. Even after winning again, the reward (the white boots) didn’t unlock.

yeah i win the pro cup 3 times and cant claim the rewards ( haircut ) and the 60k coins - this game is so anoyying

Won Final match of pro cup due to the opposite team leaving. I got the sleeves, but not the group reward Nike phantom background SMH..
Note: All four objectives are marked green!!

↑ Same problem for me on PC. Won the cup but unable to claim the main reward (Nike Phantom Background). Looks like the 'claim all' button is missing from the menus and not working. Also, the check mark is missing next to 4/4. If the reward remains unclaimed, do we still receive it after the event finishes or not?
