On ultimate team, there is an unknown item that was in a gold pack that I’m unable to redeem or quick sell. Because of this, I can’t open any packs and when I click, it says unable to connect to servers.
what can I do? This effects both the companion app and on my PS5

How did you do it ? I tried fc enhancer but couldnt figure it out. I had 50+ packs for ultimate tots but couldnt open my packs
