Unplayable- Slower than turtle

What a disappointment, you cant even move player in online game, i am having 60-70ms ping , orange indicator still lagging like hell, i have to quit 2 times, it feels like i am watching turtles, wait i am wrong here turtles can move but players are not moving. My configuration on pc is on level with minimum requirements,(4gb graphics card,16gb ram and 500gb ssd, i5 9th generation). I am keeping low graphics settings in game.Strange thing is i am seeing that input is registered but not performed, e.g. i am pressing pass button i am seeing pass power but pass is not performed it performed after 1min. Even in offline games i am seeing lag and lots slower movements.Guys comon fix this we are paying this much for ultimate edition and what a horrible experience we are getting.
