Unredeemable evolution stuck in unassigned items

Not only can I not access the store or open any pack because of this issue, I also can’t access the season pass in objectives. Whenever I try to redeem the evolution, it says there is a problems connecting to ultimate team servers. But I have claimed multiple objectives and done player sbcs since this issue first happened. Just can’t open packs or access season pass.
