Where is my 84+x50 player pack?

I was told to put this on here by a EA support member which was my report i sent through emails. I opened 3 store Packs when UT Scream dropped with a description that said " Includes 50 rare gold player items with an 84+ rating or higher (five players must be 84+) and one Ultimate Scream Campaign or Hero (Week 1) Player Pick [Loan] (choose one of five) for five games. All items are untradeable." i only received 5 +84 guaranteed from each of these 3 packs and every other player was below the 84+ rating which i paid with using FC Points i brought with real money, I was expecting each pack to give me 84+x 50 rare gold player items as stated and i got aload of players below the rating of 84+, stop closing this case as im just going to keep reopening it and eventually will pursue actual legal action against you stop sending me the email that says "We’ve looked into your case, and you’re not eligible for any more content. This can happen if you didn’t earn your content in time, or you didn’t meet a reward’s requirements", not only was this content im missing, Earned in time it was brought with my real money too I want my 3 84+x50 packs, I noticed from what others told me to that the description got changed awhile after I opened the packs, so something was definitely wrong and you acknowledged it by changing said description so this is a massive false advertisement as i only brought the 3 packs as they said it contained 84+x50 players in each of them, I want the content I Earned and paid for, and im sure alot of other people here too have been wronged and want the content they Earned and paid for too, leave this up and let's see how many other people this has affected in the fc community over the past week, the picture of said description is attached below and also one of it translated for everyone to see
