Bug or cheats?

I just played a guy in weekend league on pc. As soon as the game starts he pauses and I can’t play. He can play normally and score goals but I can only “spectate”. Can’t even pause or anything. Is it a bug or is he cheating?

that s cheating bro also happened to me and EA don't care, he paused the game few times and then my players started to have heavy touches and passes were very bad, it s just cheating
