Bug Report: Polish Polish Translation Mistmatch & Compensation Needed
Issue Overview:
There is a critical translation and reward discrepancy bug when playing the game in Polish. In the League SBC section (such as the Premier League & WSL or LaLiga & Liga F upgrades), completing the challenges indicates that the reward is an 85+ rated 2-player pack (as shown in the store description). However, upon opening the pack, players are receiving players rated below 85 (e.g., 80-rated items), which completely contradicts the advertised reward and causes unfair resource loss.
Visual Proof & Inconsistencies:
- 1. SBC Reward Display: The Polish interface shows the pack reward incorrectly due to a localization or reward-scripting error.
- 2. Actual Pack Opening: As demonstrated in the gameplay capture, opening the claimed pack yields lower-rated cards instead of the guaranteed 85+ rating.
Impact on Player Experience:
- Misleading Information & Wasted Resources: Players grinding these SBCs are being deceived by the Polish localization text, losing high-value fodder and coins for incorrect rewards.
Recommended Action & Compensation:
EA must urgently fix the Polish translation/pack logic for these League SBCs and issue proper compensation as soon as possible to every player who completed the challenge and opened the pack under the Polish language setting.
