Cannot play Ghoul Fest live event

Every time I try to start a game in Ghoul Fest it ends straight after kickoff saying I lost the connection to my opponent. 

I tried it every day since the live event released. I tried it multiple times each day. 

To be honest since playing these online gamemodes is absolutely no fun for me I just wanted to complete the challenges to get the 200 ultimate scream tokens. But if I cant play a single game for days it is impossible for me to get these tokens.

I did not experience similar issues in other gamemodes like rush or the season 2 daily knockout tournament.

Can you please fix this or just grant the rewards?
