No League consumables in packs (therefore in transfer market)

I cannot apply league consumables to my managers. These are no league consumables in the transfermarket:

• Seria A
• Premier League
• La Liga
• MLS
• Bundesliga
• Ligue 1

etc., all of these leagues were rare last edition. Currently only available league consumables are the ones which were common last year (Saudi Arabia, FRA2, ITA2, Belgian League, Ligue Portugal, Turkish League, etc.) Please fix this as we are not able to make our proper chemistry without applying specific leagues to our managers.
