Possible Draft Exploit/Cheat – Match Freezes After Kickoff and Jumps to 89:00

I experienced a possible cheat/exploit during an Ultimate Team Draft match.

Immediately after kickoff, all players and the match clock completely froze. However, the crowd in the stadium continued moving normally. After some time, the match clock suddenly jumped to 89:00.

The match was completely stuck and I was unable to continue playing. Because there was no way to proceed, I had to close the game using ALT+F4.

As a result, my Draft run ended and I lost the Draft entry that I paid for. I also received a disconnect-related penalty, and since then I appear to be receiving fewer FUT Coins from matches.

I did not intentionally quit a normal match. I only closed the game because the match was completely frozen due to this abnormal situation.

Please investigate the match and determine whether an exploit or cheat was used. I would also appreciate it if my lost Draft entry/Draft Token and the penalty applied to my account could be reviewed.

I can provide video evidence and the opponent's EA ID privately if required.
