My UT ranked player isn't in my binder. I had claimed my rewards from the ranked h2h mode for the julius brents card and nothing happened. Didn't get my card for reaching and staying at champion 2.

I was talking to the customer service rep who just gave me the run around and had absolutely 0 answers for me. EA is an absolute Joke when it comes to Ultimate team and any customer service. DO BETTER! WE PAY GOOD MONEY AND PUT HARD HOURS INTO THIS GAME TO GET DISAPPOINTED BY EA! I will never ever play MUT again after this season.
The game has never had this many issues. Whatever is happening at EA should be investigated.
I still am yet to recieve my ranked rewards. I hereby swear on my own life that after this madden cycle finishes I will never play another EA game in my lifetime. **bleep** one.

personally i think they should give us 1 rank higher than what we got but its bnd as a make right. exp: bronze would get silver rewards, silver would get gold rewards, etc. but if you got top 100 you should get a 1m coin quicksell and the calvin johnson non-bnd as the top 100 make right.

Same here, so many players missing. i have 5 playoff tokens just sitting in my binder with no player to upgrade lol makes no sense some of these bugs
