Sugar Rush Content Causing Server Error Message

Same cant do anything with the players

Just wanted to check in and see if you're still running into any errors with those Sugar Rush players. We recently made a change that might have helped with this, so I wanted to see how it was going for you now. 

If you're still getting the same error when you're trying to select them, please let me know.

drook2006​ Not being able to get into UT is a different issue from the issues happening on this thread. When you try to log into UT what is specifically happening?

rookdarren, ps5, server connection error, can’t get into ultimate team, haven’t been able to get on for 2 hours, please can you help me. I’d love to get on an open my eater stuff.

Doing some check-ups on the Sugar Rush packs and content. Seeing some threads where players are being disconnected, and receiving server errors when trying to perform one of the following actions:

Opening packs
Adding players to sets
Editing a lineup with said content
Editing players from the pack

If you are having issues with these packs, please provide the information below so we can investigate.

• EA ID:
• Platform:
• Which console generation do you have? 
• What is your Gamertag/PSN ID? 
• Date/time issue occurred?
• What type of issue do you have? Server connection error - Lineup error, etc
• Summarize your bug: Be as specific as you can
• Which mode has this happened in?
• Which part of the mode?
• Have you made any changes to your UT lineup?
• Have you generated a new lineup if it is related to the lineup?
