Arcade Edition Crashes After Amon-Ra Is Placed on IR

After I finished my first game in Off-season tour Amon-Ra was placed on ir and when I hit the button to continue the game crashes and returns me to the Home Screen with the message “Sorry something unexpected happened. Please try again.” 

There is no way around this as it won’t let me reset it quit the season. I can not do anything until this is fixed

    Hello, 

    I was on a flight the other day and loaded up the game and for some reason the game didn’t crash when I put Amon-Ra on ir. The game has been working completely fine after that incident with no problems. I have no idea what changed or how it fixed itself but it somehow did.

    Hello,

    Hey there,

    Because you're getting stuck in a crash loop right as the manager page tries to process the IR update, it looks like a soft-lock on that particular season save file.

    Some players experiencing similar crashes have managed to bypass them using these steps:

    • Reset Rosters to Default: Go to the game's main menu settings, reset your rosters to the default active set, and try loading back into the Tour.

    Give that a shot and let me know if it manages to get you past that Amon-Ra screen!

    It is still crashing, and yes it is at the same point. I’ll click into Offseason Tour and it will bring me into manager page with the pop up that Amon-Ra will be on ir for 4 weeks. I don’t have the ability to click any other buttons on the screen (ex: play next game or scout opponent team) except the button that acknowledges they will be put on ir. Once I click the button the game doesn’t close however it brings me to the home page of Caleb Williams with the message something went wrong. I click ok just for it to do the same thing every time I try and play Offseason Tour

    Wanted to follow up and see if it is still crashing? If so, is it at the same point each time when you quit and log back in?
