Auction House Bug in HUT

I recently purchased a card on the auction house for about 60k coins, and after purchasing it, it never appeared in my collection, lineup, inbox or anywhere. I have no clue where it went, and I am out 60k coins because of it.

    Hi there. Completely close down NHL 25 and load back into it. Check to see if the item shows up. If it doesn't, open a case with an advisor by following the instructions here so they can investigate this for you. Thanks!
